A crunchy vegetarian snack that’s easy to make and tasty as well!
Ingredients 

01. Bitter gourd (sliced thin) – 100 g
      Green chillies (slit) – 5
      Onion (finely sliced long) – 1 large
      Ginger ( sliced long) – 1 piece
      Garlic (sliced long) – 10 flakes
      Coconut (sliced thin) – 2 pieces
      Vinegar – 1 tbsp
      Salt – 1 tsp
      Sugar – 2 tsp
      Turmeric powder – ½ tsp

02. Oil – as needed
03. Curry leaves – 2 stalks

Preparation 
01. Mix  the bitter gourd, green chillies, onion, and ginger, garlic, coconut, vinegar, salt, sugar and turmeric powder very well by hand.

02. Keep aside to marinate for half an hour.
03. Then, squeeze out the water from it till dry.
04. Heat oil in a kadai, and deep fry in hot oil till golden brown.
05. Fry the curry leaves separately and garnish.
06. Serve hot to enjoy a crunchy and crispy snack!
