01. Bitter gourd (sliced thin) – 100 g 02. Oil – as needed |

| 01. Mix the bitter gourd, green chillies, onion, and ginger, garlic, coconut, vinegar, salt, sugar and turmeric powder very well by hand. 02. Keep aside to marinate for half an hour. 03. Then, squeeze out the water from it till dry. 04. Heat oil in a kadai, and deep fry in hot oil till golden brown. 05. Fry the curry leaves separately and garnish. 06. Serve hot to enjoy a crunchy and crispy snack! |
