Here’s a healthy and filling tea time snack, easy to prepare but tasty too...
Ingredients 
01. Wheat rava - 2 cups
02. Oil - ½ cup
03. Mustard seeds - ½ tsp
04. Urad dhal - 2 tsp
05. Cashew nuts (chopped) - 2 tsp
06. Onions (chopped) - ½ cup
07. Green chilli (chopped) - 1 tsp
08. Ginger (chopped) - ½ tsp
09. Curry leaves (chopped) - 1 tsp
10. Water (boiling) - 6 cups
11. Lemon juice - 1 – 2 tsp
12. Salt - ½ tsp
Preparation 
01. Clean, wash and drain the wheat rava.
02. Heat oil in a pan and splutter the mustard.
03. Now add the urad dhal followed by cashew nuts.
04. When it is seasoned enough, add the onions, chilli, ginger and curry leaves and sauté.
05. Toss in the wheat rava and season.
06. Pour 6 cups of boiling water and thoroughly mix the rava.
07. Add the lemon juice, salt and bring to a boil.
08. Remove from fire .Your soft and fluffy upma is now ready to serve.
