| 01. Chick peas - 2 cups 02. Water - 4 ½ cups 03. Salt - to taste 04. Refined oil - 1 ½ cups 05. Onions (sliced) - 1 ½ cups 06. Potatoes (cut to squares) - ½ cup 07. Bread (cut to small squares) - ½ cup 08. Green chillies (split) - 6 09. Tomatoes (cut to 8 pieces) - 2 10. Sugar - ½ tsp 11. Salt - to taste 12. Mustard seeds - ½ tsp 13. Chilli powder - 2 tsp 14. Coriander powder - 2 tsp 15. Turmeric powder - ¼ tsp 16. Coriander leaves - a few 17. Lemon - 1 |
| Preparation |
01. Soak the chick peas in two cups of water and soak overnight. 07. When it fries enough and there’s the whiff of spices in the air, add the chickpeas and remove from fire. |
