| 01. Egg yolks - 3 02. Boiled milk - 2 cups 03. Sugar - 4 tbsp + 3 ½ tbsp 04. Condensed milk - 1 tin 05. Cold milk - 1 cup 06. Corn flour - 1 ½ tbsp 07. Gelatin powder - 2 tsp 08. Water - 2 tbsp 09. Vanilla essence - ½ tsp + ½ tsp 10. Egg whites - of 3 eggs 11. Lemon juice - 1 tsp |
| Preparation |
| 01. Beat the egg yolks. 02. Add the hot milk and beat well. Add in the sugar and condensed milk, lower into a vessel of boiling water and allow cooking. 03. Combine the corn flour with the cold milk and add to the custard. Mix well till it thickens. 04. Take gelatin in a bowl, add water and lower into a vessel of hot water so that the gelatin melts. Add the melted gelatin to the custard and mix well. 05. Remove the pan from the fire and add the vanilla essence. When it cools, place in the refrigerator. 06. Beat the egg white. Slowly add the sugar and keep beating. Now its time for the lemon juice and vanilla essence to go in. Beat the mix well. 07. Add this to the cold custard, mix lightly, cover and freeze to set. |
