| Ingredients |
| 01. Salad cucumber - 200 g 02. Tomatoes - 60 g 03. Capsicum - 20 g 04. Iceberg lettuce - 50 g 05. Onions - 50 g 06. Mint leaves (chopped) - 1 tsp 07. Parsley leaves (chopped) - 1 tsp 08. Kuboos (Arabian bread) - 1 09. Salt - to taste 10. Olive oil - 4 tsp 11. Vinegar - 1 tsp 12. Lemon juice - 2 tsp 13. White pepper powder - ¼ tsp 14. Garlic (crushed) - 1 tsp 15. Red radish (chopped), Black olives, Mint leaves - to garnish |
| Preparation |
| 01. Chop the salad cucumber, tomatoes, capsicum, lettuce and onions and combine. 02. Mix in the chopped mint and parsley leaves. 03. Tear the Kuboos to small pieces, deep fry and keep aside. 04. Combine the salt, olive oil, vinegar, lemon juice, white pepper powder and garlic in a bowl and add the vegetable mix to it. 05. Garnish with red radish, black olives, mint leaves and fried kuboos. |
