| 01. Chicken, boneless - 1 kg 02. Ginger, crushed - 5 tsp 03. Garlic, crushed - 5 tsp 04. Lemon juice - of 2 lemons 05. Salt - to taste 06. Curd - ½ cups 07. Cashew nuts, ground to a paste - 10 tsp 08. Cheese, grated - 50 g 09. White pepper powder - 3 tsp 10. Green chillies, ground - 6 11. Fresh cream - 5 tsp 12. Salad oil - 5 tsp 13. Cardamom powder - 1 pinch 14. Salt - to taste 15. Oil - as required |
| Preparation |
01. Combine the ginger, garlic, lemon juic and salt. Marinate the cleaned chicken pieces with the mix and keep aside for half an hour. Grill on a tava without any oil and keep aside. 02. Combine the curd, cashew nut paste, cheese, white pepper powder, green chillies, fresh cream, salad oil, cardamom powder and salt to a paste. |
