Triple Chocolate Tiramisu

This classic Italian dessert has triple the normal chocolate to lend an intense flavour, making it better than the regular tiramisu. What better way to end the Italian meal, than with this chocolaty heavenly treat.
Ingredients 
01. Sponge cake (sliced into finger sized pieces) – 100 g
02. Coffee (strong) – ¼ cup
03. Mascarpone cheese – 1 cup
04. Whipping cream – 1 cup
05. Sugar (powdered) – ¼ cup
06. Vanilla essence – 1 tsp
07. Chocolate liqueur ]1/3 cup
08. White chocolate baking square (grated) – 2 tbsp
09. Bittersweet chocolate (grated) –  2 tbsp
10. Coffee beans, covered with chocolate – as required
Preparation 

01. Spread a layer of sponge cake on a circular dish. Sprinkle coffee over it evenly.

02. Mix together the Mascarpone cheese, whipping cream, powdered sugar and vanilla essence in a medium sized bowl. Beat it well using the electric mixer. It should rise well.

03. To this, add the chocolate liqueur, beat well and blend it in.
04. Pour one half of this mixture over the sponge cake and spread the white chocolate and bittersweet chocolate over it.

05. After setting one more layer in the same way, sprinkle the Mascarpone cheese]coffee mixture as the top layer.

06. Cover it tightly with a lid and leave it to cool in the refrigerator for 24 hours.
07. Now, sprinkle cocoa powder evenly on the top, and garnish with coffee beans, if desired.
08. It can be cut into approximately 12 square pieces.
