01. Spread a layer of sponge cake on a circular dish. Sprinkle coffee over it evenly.
02. Mix together the Mascarpone cheese, whipping cream, powdered sugar and vanilla essence in a medium sized bowl. Beat it well using the electric mixer. It should rise well. 03. To this, add the chocolate liqueur, beat well and blend it in. 04. Pour one half of this mixture over the sponge cake and spread the white chocolate and bittersweet chocolate over it.
05. After setting one more layer in the same way, sprinkle the Mascarpone cheese]coffee mixture as the top layer.
06. Cover it tightly with a lid and leave it to cool in the refrigerator for 24 hours. 07. Now, sprinkle cocoa powder evenly on the top, and garnish with coffee beans, if desired. 08. It can be cut into approximately 12 square pieces. |
