| Ingredients |
| 01. Split Bengal gram, cooked - 1 cup 02. Chicken meat, cooked and minced - 1 cup 03. Black pepper powder - 1 tbsp 04. Garam masala - ½ tsp 05. Coriander leaves, chopped - a few 06. Oil - enough for frying 07. Carrots, finely chopped - 1 cup 08. Cabbage, finely chopped - 1 cup 09.Onion, finely chopped - 1 10. Green chillies, finely chopped - 2 11.Vinegar - 1 tsp 12. Sugar - ½ tsp 13. Salt - to taste |
| Preparation |
01. Grind the split Bengal gram. 02. Combine it with the chicken meat, black pepper, garam masala, coriander leaves and salt, and knead to a dough. Divide the dough in lemon – sized balls. 03. Deep fry the balls in heated oil till golden brown. Keep aside. |
