01. White flour - 2 ¼ cup |
| Preparation |
| 01. Pre heat oven to 375oF. 02. Sift the white flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt and keep aside. 03. Beat the butter and mix in the sugar, brown sugar and vanilla essence, smooth. 04. Now add the eggs one by one and beat well. 05. Slowly fold in the white flour little by little. 06. Add the chocolate chips. 07. Pour out large spoonfuls of the dough on a greased baking sheet. 08. Bake for 10-12 minutes till the cookies turn golden brown. 09. Remove from the baking sheet and store in an airtight container. |
