Ayroor (also spelled Ayiroor) is a village located in the western part of Ranni taluk, in the Pathanamthitta district in Kerala state, India. It is bordered by hills and located near the Western Ghats. The Pamba River flows on the southern side of the village. One of the highlights of Ayroor is the Cherukolpuzha Hindu Parishad, a religious festival that is held for a week in February. Every year since 1912 the festival is held on the dry bed of the Pamba river. Snake boat races also attract people to the village.

പത്തനംതിട്ട ജില്ലയിൽ റാന്നി താലൂക്കിന്റെ പടിഞ്ഞാറ് ഭാഗത്ത് സ്ഥിതി ചെയ്യുന്ന ഒരു ഗ്രാമമാണ് അയിരൂർ. മലനിരകളാൽ അതിർത്തി പങ്കിടുന്ന  അയിരൂർ പശ്ചിമഘട്ടത്തിന് സമീപം സ്ഥിതി ചെയ്യുന്നു. ഗ്രാമത്തിന്റെ തെക്കുഭാഗത്ത് പമ്പ നദി ഒഴുകുന്നു.  ഒരാഴ്ച നീണ്ടുനിൽക്കുന്ന മതപരമായ ഉത്സവമായ ചെറുകോൽപുഴ ഹിന്ദു പരിഷത്താണ് അയിരൂരിലെ പ്രധാന ആകർഷണങ്ങളിലൊന്ന്.
