The barbaric Pahalgam attack on April 22, 2025, unleashed an unforgivable torrent of violence that shattered the serene valleys of Jammu and Kashmir, as five armed militants mercilessly gunned down 26 innocent civilians, predominantly Hindu tourists, in a cowardly assault near Pahalgam. This heinous act of terror, which also claimed the lives of a Christian tourist and a local Muslim, is a vile stain on humanity, fueling rage against the perpetrators whose targeting of defenseless visitors reveals a depraved hatred that must be condemned and eradicated with unrelenting resolve. In a defiant stand against this cowardly act of terror, a group of enraged citizens in Kerala has formed the organization Chalo LOC, vowing to channel their outrage into action. With a convoy of one hundred Royal Enfield Bullet motorcycles, they plan to embark on a powerful protest ride from Kalady, the sacred birthplace of Adi Shankaracharya, to the Sharadha Yatra Kshetra at Teetwal, near the Line of Control in Jammu and Kashmir. Under the rallying cry "Bullets Against Bullets," this ride symbolizes a fearless rebuke of violence with the thunder of their bikes, demanding justice and an end to such atrocities. The journey to Teetwal, a site of spiritual significance now silenced by the attack’s aftermath, underscores their resolve to reclaim peace and unity in the face of terror’s divisive intent.
