2. EVENTS & BRANDING SPECIALIST

Job Responsibilities

1. Conceptualize, plan, manage and execute high-impact events, market activation and deliver best-in-class client experiences in varying scales on-time and on-budget.

2. Collaborate with stakeholders, brand, marketing teams and outside agencies/vendors to effectively bring events to life from conception, development, execution, followups, and reporting.

3. Take a proactive, planned approach to events, applying equal focus on pre- and post-event activities, including media campaign and content opportunities that can be derived from events.

4. Present your own creative out of the box ideas for new and upcoming events, including to senior stakeholders across the firm, and stay on top of the latest event trends to continuously innovate and elevate our event experiences

5. Manage stakeholder expectations by providing recommendations, proactively communicating updates, and closing the loop thereafter

6. Effectively measure the ROI of events you drive (e.g., lead generation, funnel growth), as well as the national reporting framework for all events hosted by our Markets organization.

7. Handle the branding exercises of the organization like trade campaigns, creative agency management, mailers, press releases & internal brand promotions.

8. Work closely on the branding campaigns of the company and associated brands to meet the campaign objectives of the respective business team.

Candidate Qualification

• Graduation in any related discipline like Marketing, Business or similar

• 5 to 7 Years experience in events & activation domain (preferably with media houses)

• Experience working with clients from different regions

• Experience working in a business where the primary spoken language is English.

• Proficient with creating presentations using tools like Impress, Slides or Power-point

• Project planning and management skills

• Able to work outside of normal hours when required

• Strong relationship building skills

• High level of accuracy and attention to detail

Managing social media platforms for Manorama Online

Optimizing the content for publication across different social media sites/handles

Scheduling social media posts

Work with other departments to develop social media timelines that coincide with ad campaigns & other brand messages

Monitoring user's engagement with comment moderation across Facebook, YouTube and Twitter

Creating paid social media campaigns for advertising

Monitoring social media metrics and ROl

Job Description

Seeking an experienced UX Designer to join our company in India. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in wireframing, user research, requirement analysis, and other relevant UX design skills.

Responsibilities:

· Conduct user research and testing to identify UX design needs for the company's digital assets

· Develop and conceptualize UI/UX design strategies for the brand

· Produce high-quality UX designs using wireframes, flow diagrams, graphic and visual design, sitemaps, prototypes, and storyboards

· Collaborate with product engineers and managers to evaluate and gather all requirements of users
