Thodupuzha  is a municipality located in Idukki, Kerala, India.It lies on the banks of Thodupuzha river.  Thodupuzha is the largest town in Idukki district and is a main commercial center. The town is being modernized with the help of a program sponsored by the World Bank. It was once part of Travancore. The Thodupuzha municipality area is characterized by abundant vegetation.

തൊടുപുഴ, ഇന്ത്യയിലെ കേരളത്തിലെ ഇടുക്കിയിൽ സ്ഥിതി ചെയ്യുന്ന ഒരു മുനിസിപ്പാലിറ്റിയാണ് തൊടുപുഴ. തൊടുപുഴയാറിന്‍റെ തീരത്താണ് ഇത് സ്ഥിതിചെയ്യുന്നത്. ഇടുക്കി ജില്ലയിലെ ഏറ്റവും വലിയ പട്ടണവും പ്രധാന വാണിജ്യ കേന്ദ്രവുമാണ് തൊടുപുഴ. ലോകബാങ്കിന്‍റെ ആഭിമുഖ്യത്തിലുള്ള ഒരു പരിപാടിയുടെ സഹായത്തോടെയാണ് നഗരം നവീകരിക്കുന്നത്. സമൃദ്ധമായ സസ്യജാലങ്ങളാൽ സവിശേഷമായ പ്രദേശമാണ തൊടുപുഴ നഗരസഭ.
