Edappal is a town which lies near to the city of Ponnani in Ponnani taluk, Malappuram district. Edappal lies in two panchayaths - Vattamkulam, and Edappal. Edappal shares borders with Thuyyam, Polpakkara, Ayilakkadu, Vattamkulam, and Annakampadu. 

മലപ്പുറം ജില്ലയിലെ പൊന്നാനി താലൂക്കിൽ പൊന്നാനി നഗരത്തിനടുത്തായി സ്ഥിതിചെയ്യുന്ന ഒരു പട്ടണമാണ് എടപ്പാൾ. വട്ടംകുളം, എടപ്പാൾ എന്നീ രണ്ട് പഞ്ചായത്തുകളിലാണ് എടപ്പാൾ സ്ഥിതി ചെയ്യുന്നത്. തുയ്യം, പൊൽപ്പാക്കര, അയിലക്കാട്, വട്ടംകുളം, അണ്ണക്കമ്പാട് എന്നീ പ്രദേശങ്ങളുമായി എടപ്പാൾ അതിർത്തി പങ്കിടുന്നു.
