Perinthalmanna is a major town and municipality in Malappuram distric. It serves as the headquarters of the Perinthalmanna taluk, as well as of a block and a Revenue Division of the same name. Perinthalmanna is situated at the centre of Kozhikode - Malappuram - Palakkad National Highway 966.

മലപ്പുറം ജില്ലയിലെ ഒരു പ്രധാന പട്ടണവും മുനിസിപ്പാലിറ്റിയുമാണ് പെരിന്തൽമണ്ണ. പെരിന്തൽമണ്ണ താലൂക്കിന്റെ ആസ്ഥാനമായും അതേ പേരിൽ തന്നെ ഒരു ബ്ലോക്കിന്റെയും റവന്യൂ ഡിവിഷന്റെയും ആസ്ഥാനമായും ഇത് പ്രവർത്തിക്കുന്നു. കോഴിക്കോട് - മലപ്പുറം - പാലക്കാട് ദേശീയ പാത 966 ന്റെ മധ്യഭാഗത്തായാണ് പെരിന്തൽമണ്ണ സ്ഥിതി ചെയ്യുന്നത്.
